		<description>What happens to the CSED if on 3/3/99 a CDP is requested and it resolves on 10/17/01. But on 11/17/99 an RO officer levys and recovers 573thousand dollars. Are there any case was this would not toll the time or a case in which this would be seen as a stop of the time tolling due to the levy?</description>
