The Accident Lawyer You Want to Have on Your Side
One of my esteemed colleagues in the legal fraternity is Mr. John Bisnar, who runs the blog, http://www.californiainjuryblog.com. John is a lawyer based in California and has made a career specializing in dealing with accident cases. His firm is Bisnar | Chase Law Firm that specializes in serious personal injuries and wrongful deaths. If anyone knows the law when it comes to seeking legal redress for personal injuries and accidental deaths, it's John Bisnar.
Let's face it – accidents happen, no matter how careful we are. It happens unexpectedly and often when we are least prepared for its consequences. But the one thing that I admire about John Bisnar is that he is not just a lawyer who's competent in accident laws but he's a lawyer who really cares about those he advocates for. You can sense his empathy and compassion in what he writes. A case in point is one of his most recent blog posts about a pedestrian in San Diego who was hit by an oncoming vehicle the night of December 27, 2009. Here's what John wrote in his blog:
"The pedestrian, who has not been identified, was struck by a vehicle, suffered major injuries and was transported to an area hospital, El Cajon police officials said.
My heart goes out to this victim who has been seriously injured in this pedestrian accident. I wish this person the very best for a speedy and complete recovery. I hope the injuries were not catastrophic. Please keep this victim in your prayers".
In fact, every time John blogs about an individual, most of which are unknown to him personally, he speaks about how his heart goes out to that person.
It's not only vehicle accident victims that John is concerned about; he also blogs about victims of accidental poisoning, fraud and abuse arising from various forms of malpractice ranging from wrongful termination to manufacturing negligence.
At Bisnar | Chase, you get free, immediate legal consultations. They go to you, whether over the phone, in your hospital room or home or online, in order to discover the facts of your case and evaluate whether representation is an option. That shows how much John and his firm really cares.
If you ever need an attorney who will stand up for your rights especially in cases of accidents, victimization, neglect or abuse of all sorts, I can think of no one more competent or compassionate than my legal colleague and friend, John Bisnar.
